I refer to my letter of Sep 30, 2020 04:47:29 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for The Service Capacity and Emergency Response Time of Government Hospitals in NCR.

1.) The Service Capacity of Government Hospitals in the National Capital Region.
 - What is the service capacity data that you are requesting? Are you referring for services offered by government hospitals?

 2.) The Emergency Response Time of Government Hospitals in the National Capital Region.
- We do not collect this data. You would have to coordinate this request for each government hospital.

1.) The utilization rate of the government hospitals in NCR by services offered.

2.) The duration of time in treating patients in emergency rooms.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. Please be informed that some government hospitals are under the jurisdiction of the LGU and you would need to coordinate with their hospitals for the data that you are requesting. We suggest you directly coordinate with the DOH Hospitals posted under the DOH Hospital directory: https://www.doh.gov.ph/doh-hospitals-directory for the data that you need.
