Response to Request

We hope to address your request as best as possible. Please refer to the Mental Health Program for an overview of the services we provide and some materials we readily share. Rest assured that the Mental Health Division looks into these conditions in compliance with RA11036, otherwise known as the Mental Health Act, which encompassess mental, neurological and substance use (MNS) disorders.

Thank you for your interest in mental health. This is in response to your eFOI request (#DOH-213694396810) regarding the request for a copy of the new PCMH Strategic Framework 2024-2028 - Philippines. Unfortunately, we have yet to receive the final report of the strategic framework as there were changes made later. In the meantime, you may still refer to the Mental Health Program for a copy of the Strategic Plan (2018-2023). Some interventions/activities will still be carried out for the next strategic plan.
