Hi, I would like to request your assistance to get my VaCert.

Purpose: Domestic Travel

I request my VaxCert last July 25, 2023 with reference number: 4332108. It has been 8 working days since my request but the status is still "Open", it said in the website to send a follow up email to vaxcertsupport@doh.gov.ph if 5 workings days passed which I did, but I did not yet received a response. I also reached out to the LGU where I got my vaccine but I haven't received a response yet.

I'm hoping you could assist me regarding this request. Thank you so much.

You asked for Follow up on VaxCert Status.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. 
Please be informed that the encoding of vaccination records is done by the concerned vaccination center. If your vaccination record is unavailable, either the record may not have been uploaded yet in the Vaccination Information Management System (VIMS) by the vaccination center.
If you want, you may kindly coordinate with the LGU where you received your vaccination and request for assistance to generate your vaccination certificate. 
In the meantime that we are experiencing Technical Issues on our VaxCertPH portal, kindly refer to the attached DOH Memorandum Circular for other options.
For further assistance, you may call the Vax Cert Customer service at (02) 8876-1488 and vaxcertsupport@doh.gov.ph  or the National Patient Navigation and Referral Center (NPNRC) at (02) 8651-7800 local 2431-2435. You may also review the FAQ section of the eFOI site: https://foi.gov.ph/help.
