HI,
I would like to follow up my covid19 claim benefits filed last February 2023 at DOH R1 at La Union.

until now i don't receive the said amount. When i call to them to follow up they always say there has no fund yet. March 2023- October coverage
last month September I follow up again via phone call they said that our documents was nowhere to find. because of that they requested our certificate of involvement via email. I already did what they requested. until now no status of my claim.
