Hellow po mag rerequest lang po sana ako ng official coppy ng vaccin card ko ksi po hindi kona po sya matandaan kong  anung date ng first dose and second dose ng vaccin ko nalaglag ko po ito sa baseco binondo manila   kong saan ako nag pa vaccine   thank u po  kylangan ko po kc sa pag kuha ng yellow card
