Your request You asked for Number of Suicide Cases per Municipality in the Philippines. Response to your request Your request is approved. Section 22 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 11036 (Mental Health Act) details the specific services the program offers. However, in terms of data, we are limited to the number of suicide cases the National Center for Mental Health (NCMH) is able to get through the CRISIS HOTLINE.
