Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that we do not have custody of the data that you are requesting. We ask that you directly coordinate with the Psychiatric Care facilities in Region IV-A  for this data request. You may refer to the DOH Health Facilities and Services Regulatory Bureau (HFSRB) website at https://hfsrb.doh.gov.ph/list-of-licensed-health-facilities/ and the National Health Facility Registry (NHFR) website at https://nhfr.doh.gov.ph/VActivefacilitiesList for the master list of health facilities to contact the  Psychiatric Care facilities in Region IV-A to request for data
