Your Request

You asked for Philippine Council for Mental Health Strategic Framework 2024-2028.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. 

We hope to address your request as best as possible. Please refer to the Mental Health Program at https://doh.gov.ph/national-mental-health-program for an overview of the services we provide and some materials we readily share.  Rest assured that the Mental Health Division looks into these conditions in compliance with RA11036, otherwise known as the Mental Health Act, which encompasses mental, neurological and substance use (MNS) disorders.

Thank you for your interest in mental health. This is in response to your eFOI request (#DOH-218583610875) regarding the request for a copy of the new PCMH Strategic Framework 2024-2028 - Philippines. Unfortunately, we have yet to receive the final report of the strategic framework as there were changes made later. In the meantime, you may still refer to the Mental Health Program for a copy of the Strategic Plan (2018-2023) (see attached file). Some interventions/activities will still be carried out for the next strategic plan. 

However, for the purpose of ONLY your study, we do have draft but this is NOT the official framework yet as this will have to be reviewed again.
