1. No. of foodborne and waterborne disease patients records MONHTLY or QUARTERLY in eachs town/city of Pangasinan from 2000-2023, that may be disaggregated by:
a. Causes of foodborne and waterborne Illnesses
b. Sex
c. Age
d. Location - town/city in Pangasinan
e. Business/Occupation (if employed)
2. No. of death cause of foodborne and waterborne diseases records MONTHLY or QUARTERLY in each town/city of Pangasinan from 2000-2023.
