Hello, I would like to follow up my Vaxxcert update. It's been months already since I updated my vaccination status but till now there's my request is still open. I wasn't able to get a vaxxcert because a request is still in process also. Please help ASAP because I need this document for travel purposes. Thank you.

You asked for Vaxxcert Update.

Response to Request

Please be informed that the encoding of vaccination records is done by the concerned vaccination center. If your vaccination record is unavailable, either the record may not have been uploaded yet in the Vaccination Information Management System (VIMS) by the vaccination center.

Don't worry, I already contacted Agent 212 from the Vaxcert Team and requested for assistance to generate your vaccination certificate. Please expect her to call you on your phone number or you can call them at (02) 8651-7800 local 2432.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the Central Appeals and Review Committee, at foi@doh.gov.ph.
