You asked for List of specialized health center for PWD Region IV-A.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. This is to inform you that we do not have any rehab centers for PWDs or hospitals specialized for PWDs in Calabarzon.

We only have the list of accredited DOH Hospitals posted at the Health Facilities and Services Regulatory Bureau at http://hfsrb.doh.gov.ph
