I am Siegfredo L. Lopez.  The Chief Administrative Officer of the Bicol Medical Center (BMC) is a duly licensed Doctor of Medicine.  For purposes of Phil health sharing, she was classified as Doctor by the BMC management.  Is she authorized to receive Phil health sharing as Doctor but does not render services as such in the BMC since she is a full-time Chief Administrative Officer and is not a Medical Consultant in any of the medical/ ancillary department of the hospital? Thank you!!!
