Good day. I would like to request the following:

1. Data and information regarding the relocation of the Provincial Hospital in the Municipality of Tuy.

2. Is there already an exact site for the project and its scope?

3. What are the services offered in that hospital? What departments are to be included?

The information and data needed will be used as part of my Architectural Thesis for the Proposed Relocation of Batangas Provincial Hospital. Thank you very much.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. Please be informed that Batangas Provincial Hospital is not a DOH hospital and is managed by the Provincial Government of Batangas. We suggest you coordinate directly with their office regarding this request.
