For eFOI request #DOH-227961150982, please see attached file for the requested data of Mr. John Troy De La Rosa on Sports-related Injuries (2015-2023 (Q1)), for your reference. The file contains only the sports-related injuries attended to and reported by the facilities to the Online National Electronic Injury Surveillance System (ONEISS). We do not have the data specific to the athletes in the country. Attached also is the communication with the client, for your reference.
