Hi. I would like to have my VaxCertPH request for "No Record Found" to be reviewed and dealt with immediately. It has been over 5 days upon request and we have an upcoming flight this Thursday. I've already contacted through e-mail, but yet there's no response. I've already uploaded the necessary requirements/documents in the request. We want it to be taken care of, ASAP. Thank you.
