While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that we do not have custody of the Annual Statistical Report of San Juan Medical Center as this is not a DOH Hospital and under the management of San Juan LGU. Refer to the list of DOH Hospitals at https://doh.gov.ph/doh-hospitals-directory

 Kindly coordinate with San Juan Medical Center for this data request.
