I, a 4th year BS Applied Physics Student of UP Manila, am currently working on my thesis entitled, "GIS-based Analysis of Breast Screening Accessibility in Southern Leyte." 

On that note, I humbly request for the pertinent data on breast screening rates or incidence per municipality. Hoping for your kind consideration. Thank you and more power.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that our DOH Regional Office 8 does not gather this information. Our existing data are in our FHSIS Annual Reports posted in the DOH website at https://doh.gov.ph/publications/serials
