Hi Good day! I am john eduard s. aum 
I would like to request of heterologous certification for my COVID19 vaccine. 

This is because my 1st dose is SINOVAC and my 2nd dose is Pfizer. The BOQ don't want me to give an ICV without a certification coming from the DOH. I would refuse to be given the vaccine if the DOH representative inform me that it is not advisable. I ask the DOH representative and told me that it is okay. Please do help me with this because I am leaving the country on the 3rd week of July. I badly need this so I can get an ICV. Thank you and have a good day and stay safe.

May we be clarified on what you meant by "heterologous certification for my COVID19 vaccine. " Are you requesting for vaccination certificate from VaxCert?
