Your FOI request is approved. 

Please see attached list of Siphoning Services issued with Environmental Sanitation Clearance by DOH Regional Offices.

For updated list, we can suggest that you direct their request to DOH-CHDs as they are the one issued ESC to Siphoning/Desludging Services.
