Irerequest ko po sna kong pwd ko makuha kong anung date ang vaccin ko ng first dose.and second dose nawala po kc ang vaccin card ko nung sep 2023 hnd ko po matandaan ang details 
 Plss help.me   nawala po ito sa may baseco tondo manila 
 At navaccin dn po ako dto sa baseco pero ni register ako sa bambang manila baranggay 264
