We are writing to request your assistance in gathering important data on dengue. We'd like to know if it's possible to obtain PIDSR daily data on dengue cases in Cabadbaran City - CARAGA from your office for the years 2019 and 2022.
We are looking forward to collect data on the following attributes:
● date (admission or entry), age, address (barangay, street or purok), gender
● disease reporting unit, type of dengue
