Hi! I would like to request for information of the following:

1) Number and percentage of deaths due to Cardiovascular Disease in the Philippines in the year of 2019-2022
2) Number and percentage of deaths due to Cardiovascular Disease in the Province of Aklan in the year of 2019-2022
3) Number and percentage of deaths due to Cardiovascular Disease in the Municipality of Ibajay, Aklan in the year of 2019-2022

For Item #1 kindly visit he FHSIS annual reports posted in the DOH website at https://doh.gov.ph/publications/serials. Latest FHSIS report is FHSIS 2021 and the FHSIS 2022 is scheduled
for release this year and for items #2 & #3 we will endorse this request to Western Visayas Center for Health Development for action. Kindly await for their response.
