I am Dr. Doxa Dave S. Rotap, a 3rd year resident in Bulacan Medical Center Internal Medicine Dep’t.
I would like to request data for my research on mortality and morbidity incidence/percentages with emphasis on Acute Respiratory failure.
The ff data I need:

Response to Request
"We regret to inform you that the percentage/ratio between survivors and those who died is not available in the Field Health Services Information System (FHSIS). However, the 2022 FHSIS Annual Report, which contains the reported morbidity, is posted in the DOH website: https://www.doh.gov.ph/publications/serials for ready reference please see Chapter 2.H Morbidity.
In addition, the 2022 mortality data is not yet available in the Philippine Health Statistics (PHS). The latest mortality data is 2020, which can be found at the DOH website.
