Visit the DOH National Health Facility Registry (NHFR) website at https://nhfr.doh.gov.ph/VActivefacilitiesList for the master list of health facilities in the Philippines. Select the health facility type and download the data on Excel or CSV format

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for as we do not have this data on hospitals or facility that accommodate Patients with Lung or any respiratory related issues in Zamboanga City. We ask that you coordinate directly with hospitals for this data request
