Good day! Would like to request for data from ONEISS (Online National Electronic Injury Surveillance System) if available from 2019 to 2023:

1. Number of Reported Patients with Injury due to Truck Accidents per Province per Year
2. Number of Reported Patients with Fatality due to Truck Accidents per Province per Year
3. Causes / Risk Factors of Such Truck Accidents either Human Error or Vehicular Error

(For reference, Number of Hospitals who reported this Data / source of data)
