Hi,

I would like to request my swab test result that was performed in Cagayan De Oro COC. The sample was taken September 3, 2020 and I got a call that I was tested positive for covid19. I did not get a copy of this result, unlike in Manila when I was tested there in NAIA terminal 2, I was able to download the result from Red Cross.

Full Name: Michael Rondario Villaruel
Birthday: April 30, 1982
Email: michael.villaruel@gmail.com
Swab test conducted: September 3, 2020 at cagayan de oro, COC

Hi Dr. Kenneth,

I am ROFW and arrived in Manila last August 25, 2020. On that date my first RT-PCR was conducted by Red Cross in NAIA terminal 2. I got the result on August 27, 2020 and I have a copy of that. On August 28 travelled to Cagayan de Oro and as per the LGU protocol, I was put in hotel and waited for 5 days for the second swab test. My second swab test was conducted on September 3 in which the result came out September 6 and it was positive but asymptomatic. I don’t have a copy of the result since they only told me the result thru phone call.

Thanks,
Mike
