Good day,

I'm having a problem accessing my sehaty account for the records of my vaccines in riyadh, saudi arabia. I'm here in the Philippines now and my employer is asking for it. Please give me advice on how i can see the records of my vaccines because when i forgot my password in sehaty app it was asking for OTP in my STC number but the problem is i don't have the sim card. I really appreciate your response please.

You asked for Vaccines Record.

Response to your request

Since you were not vaccinated in the Philippines, Unfortunately, the vaccination records may not be accessible by the central database which holds the data of recipients of the COVID-19 vaccine from the Philippines. Kindly request for proof of vaccination (i.e. vaccination card/vaccination certificate) from the country where you received your primary dose series, provided it has all the necessary information (personal details and vaccination details)
