Good day! My name is Iris Jane Mangente, a 5th-year BS Architecture student at Mapua Malayan Colleges Mindanao. I am writing to request your kind authorization for me to conduct an ocular visit to the Palliative Care Unit at the Davao Regional Medical Center (DRMC).

As part of my academic requirements, I am currently undertaking a research project titled "Incorporating Cross-Modal Design in Hospice Care: Facilitating Equanimity and Inclusivity for Hospice Patients and Their Families."
