Hello, I would like to request the Annual Financial Statements (Balance Sheet and Income Statement) for the hospitals Diosdado P. Macapagal Memorial Hospital and Escolastica Romero District Hospital for the years 2018-2020 for the completion of my final thesis paper.

You asked for Annual Financial Statements.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. As we have mentioned on your previous eFOI requests #DOH-542079071597 &  #DOH-753263109889, the Escolastica Romero District Hospital and Diosdado P. Macapagal Memorial are not DOH Hospitals. You are advised to directly coordinate with these hospitals should they allow you to disclose the data being requested. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Undersecretary Lilibeth C. David, Chair of Data Governance Oversight Committee/ DOH Central Appeals and Review Committee, at foi@doh.gov.ph. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
