Good day! I would like to request for a guarantee letter for my mother’s hospitalization and currently confine at Philippine General Hospital.

1. Requesting a medical assistance for my mother’s operation last October 5 and October 8, 2023
2. Requesting a guarantee letter for hospital procedure, medicines and other medical laboratories.
