Good evening, my name is Anna and I would to request for the following:
(1) "Number of women who were referred and managed at hospitals for post-abortion care disaggregated according to age: 10-14 yrs old, 15-19 yrs old, 20-35 yrs old, and 36-49 yrs old" and (2) "Number of women who died as a result of post-abortion complications disaggregated according to the same groups".  The above indicators are part of the DOH's National Safe Motherhood Program Results Matrix per DOH AO No 2018-0003 but is unavailable online. The data will be used for a HR report on post abortion medical care in the PH.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that there is no available data in the DOH Epidemiology Bureau on your requests. Health data gathered are posted in the Field Health Services Information System (FHSIS) Annual Reports and Philippine Health Statistics posted in the DOH website at https://doh.gov.ph/publications/serials
