While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that we have to deny all of your requests as we do not collect the rare diseases data and  Polymyositis you requested. We request you to directly coordinate with the University of Philippines - National Institute for Health - Institute of Human Genetics at https://nih.upm.edu.ph/institute/institute-human-genetics for this data

All data collected by DOH are in the DOH FHSIS Annual reports and the Philippine Health Statistics at https://doh.gov.ph/publications/serials
