Hi! I would like to request for information regarding:
1. Heat stroke cases
2. Heat exhaustion cases, and
3. Skin cancer cases
recorded per month, particularly in Quezon City. 
I would also like to request for demographics and profile related to the information. 
This data will be used for thesis purposes.
