Your request is approved.
Please refer to the Mental Health Program posted in the DOH website at https://doh.gov.ph/national-mental-health-program for an overview of the services we provide and some materials we readily share. Rest assured that the Mental Health Division looks into these conditions in compliance with RA11036, otherwise known as the Mental Health Act, which encompasses mental, neurological and substance use (MNS) disorders.
The Mental Health Division has yet to establish the Mental Health Information System that integrates and consolidates mental health related data including cases on mental health conditions.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with the up-to-date statistics as we are yet to establish a mental health information system (MHIS) but we are also pleased to share with you the attached National Survey for Mental Health and Well-being

The WHO Mental Health Gap Action Programme (mhGAP) at https://www.who.int/teams/mental-health-and-substance-use/treatment-care/mental-health-gap-action-programme, which focuses on services for mental, neurological and substance use disorders specifically in the 9 priority conditions: depression, psychosis, epilepsy/seizures, developmental disorders, behavioral disorders, dementia, alcohol use, drug use and self-harm.
Visit the Health Facilities and Services Regulatory Bureau (HFSRB) AT https://hfsrb.doh.gov.ph/list-of-licensed-health-facilities/ for the list of the DOH accredited health facilities including Psychiatric Care facility for mental health patients
