Hi! I am John Fermin M. Melendres A 4th year college student of Pangasinan State University Urdaneta Campus taking the bachelor of science in Mathematics major in statistics. I would like to request for information regarding:

1. The number of reported   cases of Dengue incidences in Pangasinan per Municipality from year 2010 - 2022
2. The number of reported  cases of dengue incidences by age group in Pangasinan from year 2010 - 2022
3.The total mortality rate of dengue incidences cases in Pangasinan per Municipality and by age group from the year 2010 - 2022
