In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query.
Regarding this request, we can only refer your request to DOH Hospitals only as we do not have custody of data for private and LGU Hospitals. Kindly refer to the list of DOH hospitals posted in the DOH website at https://doh.gov.ph/about-doh/health-institutions/?directory=doh-hospitals-key-officials
