Hi! I am a PWD under Psychosocial, and I already have a PWD ID from San Pascual Batangas DSWD. I'd want to know how I can register for DOH Philippine Registry for Persons with Disability so I can take advantage of the Philhealth benefits for PWD. I checked my PWD ID # at https://pwd.doh.gov.ph/tbl_pwd_id_verificationlist.php and it is not on the record. Please help.

You asked for PWD Philhealth Application.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved.

Kindly coordinate with the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) of the LGU at  San Pascual Batangas where you are registered and the MSWDO will encode your data at the Philippine Registry for Persons with Disability (PRPWD) system

Your Philhealth membership for PWD will be based from the encoded data from the PRPWD system. Kindly coordinate with the MSWDO of the LGU for this request, thank you


Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the Central Appeals and Review Committee, at foi@doh.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. Are all PWDs entitled for the PhilHealth coverage? I checked on the LGU just now and they mentioned the slot for the Philhealth indigent is full. 

How can a PWD avail of the Philhealth coverage?
