Good day, I would like to request for information regarding:

The list of Hospitals and Birthing Homes in the Calabarzon region along with their:

a) Total number of maternal/pregnant women admitted per hospital and birthing home.
b) Total number of live births accomplished per hospital and birthing home
c) Maternal mortality rate and Neonatal Mortality rate per hospital and birthing home

Your FOI request is approved. 

Visit the DOH National Health Facility Registry (NHFR) website at https://nhfr.doh.gov.ph/VActivefacilitiesList for the data on  the master list of health facilities in the Philippines. You may select the health facility type per region and download the data in Excel or CSV format

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for as we do not have data for the following

a) Total number of maternal/pregnant women admitted per hospital and birthing home.
b) Total number of live births accomplished per hospital and birthing home
c) Maternal mortality rate and Neonatal Mortality rate per hospital and birthing home

We ask that you directly coordinate with public and private hospitals and birthing homes for this data request.
