Hi! I would like to request for the vaccination records of Sultan Kudarat. In line with this, could I also request the following data in spreadsheet format:
a. COVID vaccination records from December 2020, December 2021, January 2022 to the latest March 2022 record
b. And the vaccination records coming from each town/municipality in Sultan Kudarat
