Hi, I would like to request documents for the following:
1) The number of Lung Cancer cases in the Philippines per region from the year 2018-2023.
2) Growth rate of Lung Cancer in the Philippines per Region from the year 2018-2023.
3) Mortality and Morbidity of Lung Cancer in the Philippines per Region from the year 2018-2023.
4) Lung cancer statistics in Central Luzon (mortality rate, number of new cases, demographic of patients, etc.) from the year 2018-2023.

Your FOI request is approved.
At present, the Epidemiological Modeling and Research Division (EMRD) of the Epidemiology Bureau can only provide national data since the subnational data are still under embargo. However, we can provide Global and Philippine data (latest available is 2019) generated from the Global Burden of Disease (GBD) study. Please see attached file. For more information about the GBD study and their publicly available data, you may access their site at https://www.healthdata.org.
