I  would like to make a FOI request related to reported Dengue cases in every municipality or city in Pangasinan for the years 2017 through 2022.

Specifically, I would like to request the following information:
1.The total number of monthly reported Dengue cases in each municipality or city in Pangasinan for each year from 2017 to 2022.
2.Any additional relevant data or reports related to Dengue fever in Pangasinan during the specified period.
