Greetings!

I want to confirm the below details of my vaccination doses. The VaxCert and Vaccination Card given to me does not match. I do not have the booster in my VaxCert but I have one booster in my Vaccination Card.

Also, for your reference I requested through the website: https://vaxcert.doh.gov.ph to correct this but it was rejected.
