I'm a fifth-year Architecture student from De La Salle University - Dasmarinas and currently taking my thesis subject this semester. I would like to request the following information to determine the number of participants I need.


1. Number of CKD patients in Davao Del Sur
2. Number of CKD patients in Cebu
3. Number of CKD patients in Pampanga
4. Number of CKD patients in Baguio
