Hi! I am Jennifer Uba conducting a study related to the development of primary care facilities in the Philippines. In relation to this, I would like to request the following:
1. Old standard of floorplans (including the required area for spaces) of primary care facilities in the year 1980s or 1990s to the present.
2. Any administrative/executive/presidential orders pertaining to the regulation of the primary care facilities in the year 1980s/1990s to the present.
3. If possible, the first core unit (which includes the first required spaces and areas) of the primary care facility.

Your FOI request is approved.
Primary Care Facilities(PCF) regulation has commenced relatively recently as Administrative Order No. 2020-0047, titled "Rules and Regulations Governing the Licensure of Primary Care Facilities in the Philippines,", along with its associated Assessment Tool, Planning and Design Guidelines, and Checklist for Review of Floor Plans were issued at the 30th of September,2020. In relation to this, old standard of floorplans of PCFs in the year 1980s or 1990s are not available from the Health Facilities and Services Regulatory Bureau (HFSRB)
