Hi, i would like to ask for diabetes medications to cover up to whole year 2023:

- procured/purchased diabetes medicine by item (molecule, strength, format, brand, company)

- consumption/utilization report from the year 2019 to 2022 extracted from Pharmaceutical Management Information System (PMIS)

- number of diabetes medicines given out from Medicine Access Program or ComPack or any LGU program
> by month/year  
> by type (Insulin, Metformin, Gliclazide, etc) with brand name
> by facility type
