Good day to you all. I humbly request for a correction regarding my name in the Vaccination record and VaxCertPH. The website/vaxcert record to my name is set to LARA JANE VILLA ENDOZO but my actual name is LARAJANE VILLANUEVA ENDOZO. I really need to have this updated ASAP since I need the document for my application abroad.
