You asked for List of DOH (MIMAROPA)- Accredited Facilities w/ Environmental Sanitation Clearance.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. 
Please be informed that the accreditation of treatment, storage, and disposal (TSD) facilities, including transporters, is under the jurisdiction of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources.

Furthermore, the DOH MIMAROPA  has not issued ESCs for the past years as there has been no endorsement/application for the development of 
TSD facilities in different localities of MIMAROPA.
