I, in behalf of my groupmates, am working on a research paper entitled: Awareness, Beliefs, and Practices Among Cigarette Smokers of Tuguegarao City on Aneurysm: Input for IEC Materials Development, hence, I would like to request for the following:

1. Census of Cigarette Smokers in Tuguegarao City from 2019-present.

2. Updated Census per Barangay of Tuguegarao City in terms of:
 a. Sex
 b. Age

3. Cases of Aneurysm in Tuguegarao City, in terms of:
 a. Sex
 b. Age
