Good day! I would like to request for information regarding:

1. Mental Health Budget of Caraga Region per Province/City/Municipality from the year 2018-2023;

2. Total Number of patients/reported cases with Mental Disorder (all disorders) including anxiety and depression in Caraga Region per province/city/municipality from the year 2018-2022/ (2023 if possible);

3. Mental Health Facilities and Mental Health Information Systems in Region XIII / Caraga

4. Mental Health Ordinances in Caraga

5. Any other information or documents regarding the Mental Health status in Caraga
