April 11, 2019 Dear Michael Angelo Tiu, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 21, 2019 11:20:40 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Compassionate Special Permit - Medical Marijuana. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. We have endorsed your request to the Philippine Institute of Traditional and Alternative Health Care (PITAHC). To answer your requests: 1. CSP application for marijuana use and their cause / Sickness/ conditions - kindly address this request to the Food and Drug Administration; and 2. Number of AIDS; Cancer; Life-threatening Conditions in relation to use of medical marijuana. - PITAHC does not have any information or statistics Attached is the letter response from PITAHC for your reference.
