2. Number of AIDS; Cancer; Life-theretening Conditions in relation to use of medical marijuana.

You asked for Compassionate Special Permit - Medical Marijuana.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. We have endorsed your request to the Philippine Institute of Traditional and Alternative Health Care (PITAHC). 

To answer your requests:
1. CSP application for marijuana use and their cause / Sickness/ conditions - kindly address this request to the Food and Drug Administration; and

2. Number of AIDS; Cancer; Life-threatening Conditions in relation to use of medical marijuana. - PITAHC does not have any information or statistics
